1. Delivery times
We will process your order within 1 or 2 working days after receiving the order confirmation. Depending on the destination, the delivery time can vary as shown in the table below. *During high season, delivery might take a little longer.

2. Shipping method
Orders are processed and dispatched from Antwerp, Belgium, within 24-48 hours of placement. Depending on the destination for your order, we will work with the most suitable carrier accordingly, e.g. Bpost (Belgian postal service), DPD, and DHL.
Once your package is handed over to the shipping service, you will receive a tracking link via email.
With this link, you will be able to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

3. Shipping costs
LIVE-TO-EXPRESS offers worldwide shipping. Once you have filled in your address correctly at the checkout, shipping costs will then be automatically calculated.

4. Returning
Our return policy welcomes all earring types, regardless of the closure. If you wish to return clip-on earrings, return the items within 14 days.
This can be done in a few steps:
Step 1.
Please fill in the return form, and include it with the to be returned items.
You can download the return form here.
Alternatively, you can notify us via e-mail directly after receiving your order.
Step 2.
The shipping cost to return the items needs to be paid by the customer. Return the items in the original box, and ship them as letter-post.
Step 3.
Once we have received the returned items in the same condition as we have shipped them, we will refund the corresponding amount in 1 – 5 working days.
