1. Closing types
For all our earrings we have specified the type of closing they come with. In order to see which type a specific pair has, just click “Details” on the product page. This opens a tab where you will find the dimensions, material and closing type. The type of closing is indicated by a capital letter. In the table down below, we have listed all the abbreviations for each closing type.
In case you do not remember which letter stands for which closing type, you can just hover or click on the capital letter and a full description will popup.
For some of our earrings, you can choose which type of closing you would like to order. If there are multiple options available, these options will be shown above the “Add to cart” button. Select the type you wish to order by clicking on a letter: P, C,… and click “Add to cart“.
3. I have not received my order yet
We are very sorry if you have not received you order (yet)! We are always trying our best to ship out each and every order as quick as possible with the care it needs. But sometimes it goes not as planned, but we have your back!
If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time for your county, please let us know via our contact form and include your order details. We will get back in touch with you as soon as possible and get those gems to you as quick as possible!
4. Can I return my order?
For hygienic reasons, pierced (e.g. push-back) jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. It is only allowed to return clip-on earrings.
If you are not satisfied with your pair of clip-ons, it’s possible to return it within 14 days. In order to do this, please notify us via e-mail directly after receiving your order. The purchase price of the earrings will be compensated.
Shipping cost for returning the items, need to be payed by the costumer. Return the items in the original box, and ship them as letter-post. Once we have received the returned items, we will send you a conformation email.
All returned products must come back at LIVE-TO-EXPRESS in the same condition as you received them, within 14 days.

5. How do I add my promo code?
If you are in the possession of a promo code and you would like to use it, go to your shoppingbag. Here in the upper right corner, you will find a box where you can submit your code. Once you have entered your unique code, the discount will be applied straight after
6. Shipping info
LIVE-TO-EXPRESS offers a worldwide delivery service. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when your address is filled in. The costs for orders within Belgium are €4,00 rest Europe €6,00. and the rest of the world €7,00 or more. Our vintage jewellery will be shipped for free if you spend over €30,-.
Your order will normally be shipped on the working day after you place the order. You can find the estimated delivery time for your country below. If there still are some questions left, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Since all our earrings are dead-stock vintage, we therefore cannot tell with the outmost certainty of which materials the earrings are made. However, we do try to make it as transparent as possible by including the type of material for each earring in the “Additional Information” tab. Here you can not only find the dimensions, closing type but also the type material. This can range from plastic only, to metal, wood or plastic and metal.
