1. Closing types
For all our earrings we have specified the type of closing they come with. To see which closing type a specific pair of earrings has, just click “Details” on the product page. This opens a tab where you will find more additional information like dimensions, material, and closing type.

For some of the earrings, you can choose the type of closing. If there are multiple options available, these options will be shown above the “Add to Cart” button. Select the type you wish to order, by clicking on the desired closing type and click “Add to cart“.
2. Which paying methods do you accept?
To make sure that all orders will be processed efficiently and safely, we work together with payment agent Mollie. Card details are processed with a very high level of security. Listed below are the payment methods we accept.

*When you choose ‘bank transfer’ as your payment method, we will ship your order after we have received the payment. Therefore, by using this method, we can not guarantee that the order will be shipped the next working day.
3. I have not received my order yet
We are very sorry if you have not received your order (yet)! We are always trying our best to ship out every order as quickly as possible with the care it needs. But sometimes it does not go as planned, but we have your back!
If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time for your county, please let us know via our contact form and include your order details. We will get back in touch with you as soon as possible and get those gems to you as quickly as possible!
4. Can I return my order?
Our return policy welcomes all earring types, regardless of the closure.
If you are not satisfied with your pair of earrings, it’s possible to return it within 14 days.

5. How do I add my promo code?
If you have a promo code and you would like to use it, go to your shopping bag.
Here in the upper right corner, you will find a box where you can submit your code. Once you have entered your unique code, the discount will be applied straight after
6. Shipping info
LIVE-TO-EXPRESS offers worldwide shipping. Once you have filled in your address correctly at the checkout, shipping costs will then be automatically calculated. Free shipping is available above certain amounts, based on the provided shipping address.

Delivery times
We will process your order within 1 or 2 working days after receiving the order confirmation. Depending on the destination, the delivery time can vary as shown in the table below. *During high season, delivery might take a little longer.

7. Materials
Since all our earrings are dead-stock vintage, we therefore cannot tell with the utmost certainty of which materials the earrings are made. However, we do try to make it as transparent as possible by including the type of material for each earring in the “Additional Information” tab. Here you can not only find the dimensions, and closing type but also the type material. This can range from plastic only, to metal, wood, or plastic and metal.
